Mr. K.N.V.V. SATYANARAYANA, a postgraduate in Chemistry, entered the education sector in 1998 and has built a distinguished career combining teaching expertise with academic and institutional management. His strength lies in translating institutional goals into systematic action and ensuring that academic teams work with clarity, coordination, and purpose. He contributed a lot to student community to travel on the right path to achieve success. He has achieved marvellous success in making many students secure 25 ranks below 100 (including 15) All India Ranks in JEE Advanced.
As Director, he provides strategic direction to academic and administrative operations. He places strong emphasis on planning, execution, accountability, teamwork, and measurable outcomes. His systematic approach to monitoring academic performance and operational processes has helped create an organised and result-oriented academic environment.
A firm believer in teamwork, he encourages faculty members to take ownership of their responsibilities while continuously improving their teaching practices. His leadership philosophy is based on the principle that strong institutions are built through strong teams, disciplined systems, and a shared commitment to excellence.
With a clear vision for the future, he continues to work towards strengthening the institution’s academic systems, enhancing student performance, and establishing higher standards of educational excellence.

Mr. MANDALAPU SATYANARAYANA, a postgraduate in Mathematics and a graduate in Education, began his professional journey in the field of education in 1998. With a deep passion for teaching and a strong commitment to academic excellence, he has dedicated his career to shaping young minds and creating an environment conducive to learning and achievement.
Over the years, his extensive experience in teaching, academic planning, and institutional administration has enabled him to take up several key leadership responsibilities. His vision and strategic approach have played a significant role in strengthening academic systems and developing effective methodologies for student success. He Has achieved remarkable success in JEE Advanced, securing All India Ranks 5, 19, 36, 44, 72, 90 etc.
As Director, he focuses on academic discipline, continuous improvement, faculty development, and outcome-based education. His ability to inspire and guide faculty teams has contributed to creating a culture of responsibility, commitment, and excellence.
Known for his calm leadership and result-oriented approach, he believes that every student has the potential to excel when provided with the right guidance, environment, and motivation. His leadership continues to strengthen the institution’s academic foundation and its commitment to student success.
E. MRUTHYUNJAYA RAO

Mr. E. MRUTYUMJAYARAO, a postgraduate in Chemistry, has been associated with the field of education since 2004. Driven by a strong belief in the transformative power of education, he has devoted his professional journey to mentoring students and building strong academic teams. He excelled in teaching by making his students get All India Rank 1 in JEE ADVANCED two times and he contributed his part prominently for his students achieving IIT admissions in the reputed institutions in India.
His extensive experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of curriculum planning, faculty management, student mentoring, academic operations and institutional development. His student-centric approach combines academic guidance with motivation, discipline, personal attention, and continuous mentoring.
As Director, he works closely with faculty members to ensure effective teaching practices, regular academic monitoring, and timely intervention wherever required. He strongly believes that academic success is not merely about marks, but about developing confidence, discipline, perseverance, and a positive attitude towards learning.
His approachable nature, strong work ethic, and ability to motivate both students and faculty have made him an important force in the institution’s growth.
