He is a philanthropist whose driving force has always been the welfare of students and employees, and for lakhs of young learners he has become a source of direction, stability, and hope. In values, he is the blueprint from which our organisation draws its strength. He believes in individual care even in masses.His journey began in the farming fields. As a young boy he would wake up at 4 am, work alongside his family in the paddy fields, then walk barefoot for 12 kilometres to school. After completing his graduation in science, he took up his masters while simultaneously working at Andhra Pradesh Paper Mill carrying responsibility in one hand and ambition in the other.Every step of his life was powered by his love for education.
His passion for education soon took the shape of teaching. He started tutoring students, igniting their minds with clarity and discipline. Later, he earned a central government job but left it behind for a private educational institution because teaching called louder than anything else. His mastery of subject, his teaching style, and his deeply personal counselling transformed thousands of students and helped them become NITians, IItians and doctors who are now spread across the globe.
After 16 years in that institution, having helped it reach its peak, he returned to his hometown with a purpose: uplift the people around him through uncompromising academic quality. In 2011, he founded Tirumala Educational Institutes with 750 students. One seed became many. Today the organisation stands tall with 9 schools and 17 junior colleges at various locations in Andhra Pradesh, with a strength of 42,600 students studying during the academic year 2025-2026 and continues to grow. Families choose this institution because they sense his integrity, his infectious passion, and his belief that every child, no matter their background, deserves a fighting chance.

Mr. Satishbabu Garapati, a postgraduate in Chemistry, began his career as a lecturer in 1999. His passion perfectly aligned with his profession, making him a favourite teacher for thousands of students over the years. Through his effective teaching and strong motivational guidance, he has helped countless learners achieve admissions into prestigious IITs, NITs,and medical colleges across India.
With his vast experience in both teaching and academic management, he joined Tirumala Educational Institutes as Academic Director in 2012. His commitment, clarity of purpose, and ability to build high-performance teams soon elevated him to the role of Managing Director. He is known for his strong team-building skills, his deep understanding of faculty dynamics, and his steady grip on key operations. He excels at converting plans into action and guiding teams to meet and exceed targets. He leads by example, upholding integrity and placing the institution’s welfare above all else. Under his leadership, the organisation continues to strengthen its academic systems,operational discipline, and student-focused outcomes.
Dr. Sri Rasmi Nunna
Vice Chairperson
Dr. Sri Rasmi Nunna has been a meritorious student throughout her academic journey. She completed her MBBS at the prestigious Andhra Medical College, Visakhapatnam, followed by a postgraduate degree in General Surgery from Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai.
From a young age, she observed the growth of Tirumala Educational Institutes under the leadership of her father, the Chairman, and has been associated with the organisation since its inception. Though she is a doctor by profession, her passion extends far beyond the hospital. She is deeply committed to the educational and healthcare needs of children and believes that nurturing the well-being of young minds is the foundation of a stronger society. Over the years, she has played a crucial role in establishing several branches and strengthening the organisation’s systems. Her contribution to academics and administration has brought meaningful improvements in teaching quality, operational efficiency, and student support.
